We are looking for a talented and organized Office Manager & Employee Experience Coordinator to join us in a temporary position covering maternity leave. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth daily operations of our office and support a positive, engaging employee experience for our team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a central, hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Responsibilities

Run the day-to-day operations activities of the Tel Aviv office and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations to the US team.
Take responsibility for all office logistics and supplies (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, cleaning services, building maintenance, cibus, etc.)
Plan and execute employee experience activities, including company events, gifts, swag, etc., for our employees worldwide.
Be the face of the office, greeting visitors and onboarding new employees on their first day.
Assisting and arranging conferences, off-sites, and meetings.
Track and control invoices and orders to ensure budget compliance.
Travel coordination.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc special projects.
Report and work closely with the VP of People.

Requirements

At least 2 years of previous experience in an office Manager position within a startup.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, both verbal and written - a must
Self-driven, independent, empathic, energetic and proactive.
People's person, team player and positive attitude!
Well-organized and able to handle multitasking in a busy, dynamic environment.
Creative and innovative thinking.
