We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Campaigns and Events Executive to join our growing global marketing team. This is an ideal role for someone who loves turning ideas into action, someone who can develop creative marketing campaigns, manage complex international event programs and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

You will be the driving force behind Siren’s global events calendar, project managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, creating supporting marketing campaigns and ensuring every event delivers maximum value for the business.

We are looking for someone who is naturally organised, commercially minded and enjoys combining creativity with operational excellence. This role is based in Galway with occasional travel throughout Europe and internationally. We may flex on hybrid format for the right candidate but Galway is preferred.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys owning tradeshow attendance and campaigns from concept through execution and measurement.

You will lead integrated marketing campaigns that support Siren’s international events programme, helping generate pipeline, increase brand awareness and strengthen relationships with prospects and customers.

Success in this role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, bring structure to complex programmes and confidently collaborate with sales, product, customer success and external partners.

You will become the central project manager for Siren’s global events calendar, ensuring campaigns and events are strategically planned, professionally executed and continuously improved through data and insights.

We are looking for someone who is excited to work with professionals from Law Enforcement, Cyber-security and Technology and improve their abilities in Marketing and attend events in Europe and occasionally further afield. This role is a great opportunity to work in a fast growing, Ireland-based global company ideally located in Galway City Centre.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate is ambitious, has worked for a large or scale up technology firm and is comfortable to work in a fast paced high growth environment. The Marketing Events & Campaigns Executive is comfortable with technology and business concepts, is passionate about both the “art and science” of marketing and has an abundance of ideas for creating content.

Business acumen and commercial awareness

The Marketing Events Executive will be confident with business interactions and manage communications in the appropriate professional tone. An awareness and fluency about the overall business context will be required. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about business, technology and solving crime using technology and who will find the work interesting and rewarding.

Technology / Law Enforcement / Artificial Intelligence specialisation or experience

The Marketing Executive will be working on messaging for an Advanced Search / Law Enforcement / Cybersecurity / Technology product so knowledge of this domain will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • ABM: Supporting the CMO with Account Based Marketing programs for key accounts across US, UK, France, Italy, India, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Complete marketing analytics to determine how a marketing campaign is performing.
  • Multi-region Campaign Management: Developing marketing plans with a fixed and measurable goal and conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitive activities. The Marketing Executive will be managing a variety of end-to-end cross-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, nurture and accelerate prospects, reactivate contacts, and create demand. You'll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution, measurement and preparing objectives and tasks for each marketing plan and communicate these with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Online / Offline Event Marketing: Completing multi-channel campaigns to drive the maximum results for Siren at tradeshows and supporting our international calendar of events and tradeshows.
  • Social Media: The Marketing Executive will work with the rest of the team to include your programs on the Social Media calendar as well as posting and repurposing content across our social channels. Creating compelling and relevant social media content and posts within the personality or our brand
  • Email: The Marketing Executive will create and send out email blasts, this could include our monthly newsletter through Hubspot.
  • Hubspot Marketing Automation and CRM: A key objective will become a Hubspot expert and immediately learn our CRM processes and the Siren Sales / Marketing funnel. Hubspot will be used for all of your marketing campaigns and as the source of truth for all data in your campaigns.
  • Analysis/ROI: You will pull together data to track the marketing spend and create surveys to assess customer / prospect sentiment.

Requirements

  • Marketing or Business and Technology Degree or Masters desired or equivalent practical experience
  • Broad experience with a large brand technology company (highly desirable).
  • You have at least three years of full time Marketing experience/ events experience - more experienced candidates also welcomed
  • Your copywriting skills will be excellent
  • Experience across digital and offline marketing channels
  • Good experience of working with sales teams
  • Hubspot experience an advantage but not a necessity

Salary range - €50,000 – €60,000 per annum. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
