Vectra AI is hiring an experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our Americas Marketing team, supporting our Central and West teams with strategic demand generation programs. This role will support the Central and West sales regions and report to the Director of Americas Marketing.

In this role, you will build, drive, plan, and implement highly effective marketing programs in partnership with your key stakeholders and contribute to the success of the Americas pipeline goals. To build and implement demand generation programs that identify and engage with both prospects and current customers, this role will involve daily interaction with the field sales, channel, and engineering teams to align Vectra AI key focus areas, messaging, and strategy in your local markets. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams and marketing disciplines to build and execute scale programs with precision and deliver high quality campaigns with measurable metrics.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven, creative critical thinker with strong communication, organizational, and planning skills, who is passionate about helping a team achieve their pipeline and revenue goals.

This position is a remote work position.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in field marketing and partner development with directly related enterprise, networking or security expertise
  • Experience in executing demand generation programs such as seminars, email, webinar, events and online campaigns as well as running partner marketing programs
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, able to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Data focused and proven experience in managing ROI analysis
  • Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (writing samples required), with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Partner marketing background a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with teammates to create and drive the demand generation strategy for Northeast markets in partnership with Field Sales teams to adopt scale programs in region and establish a plan to exceed pipeline and key performance metrics.
  • Programs: Adopt and create a diversified demand generation portfolio, spanning both prospect and installed base audiences with strong pre and post plans to drive conversion. Program responsibilities include (but not limited to) custom virtual and live events, webinars, executive conferences/roundtables, networking events, third party (regional) conferences, customer programs, digital demand execution, and more.
  • Communications: Ensure a high level of awareness, excitement and adoption of marketing programs and resources by our sales and SE stakeholders. Establish clear and consistent communication to the regional sales leadership, sales teams, and CAMs (channel account managers).
  • Results & Analysis: Meet and exceed key quarterly metrics goals. Well-versed in regional reporting on program performance, feedback, return on investment, attribution as well a strong understanding of what’s working / not / why for guidance on future investments. meet / exceed key quarterly metrics goals and maintain a strong understanding of what’s working / not working / why. Track lead flow and marketing funnel progress measure ROI for all activities to evaluate results against goals and use learnings to refine and improve outcomes.
  • Logistics: Ensure all critical components for successful execution are in place for field programs, including managing shipments via our warehouse prior to execution, coordinating logistics, speakers, agendas, and staff. Coordinate and manage all industry and regional events, including seminars, webinars, executive conferences & roundtables, tradeshows, and networking events, as well as developing pre and post event plans.
  • Administrative & Budget Management: Establish and proactively manage field marketing budget, being vigilant in tracking and effective in spend. Help maintain regional marketing calendar, hubpage, research/execute third-party conferences and collect information for relevant programs across the regions to determine adjustments and improvements.

Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.
