About the Role

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our Field Sales organisation in Switzerland. As the RSM, you are responsible for all revenue within the territory location and report directly to the Area VP Northern Europe, based in Germany. We are seeking a Hunter - someone who isn’t afraid to knock down doors at the largest enterprises and brings a structured approach to developing net new pipeline. The RSMs partner with our elite Sales Engineering team to lead the sales process from start to finish, while collaborating with internal colleagues and partners to ensure we win at all levels.

At a Glance

The RSM identifies, cultivates and closes new business sales relationships with enterprise accounts at an executive level within designated territory. With a disciplined approach to pipeline development the RSM collaborates effectively with Marketing, Channel partners, Customers, Sales Development team and develop an overall account strategy that will lead to a well-executed, team based selling effort. RSM teams up with the Sales Engineer to deliver outstanding product demonstrations and well driven proof of concepts.

  • Build a strong partnership with existing customers that focuses on customer retention, high renewal rates and expansion within the customer.
  • Effectively forecast monthly/ quarterly revenue and communicate the status of strategic transactions to ensure you never win or lose alone.
  • Strategic management of existing channel partners and development of new channel partners;
  • Development of strategic business plans for territory on quarterly base.

What Will Impress Us

A RSM who brings solid Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas selling security, networking or software solutions with a track record of closing out complex enterprise sales with multiple buying influences. A Hunter who loves early stage pipeline development, including cold-calling, breaking doors down to talk to the right people. A RSM who is used to owning and driving these early stages of the sales cycle up until closing, who is used to establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers.

  • Being able to demo products and work independently of Sales Engineers in first customer-meetings
  • Bring strong presentation and communications skills, translating technical features into business-values
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills in French, German and English.
  • Experience in consultative security fields; incident response, forensic investigations, threat intelligence, penetration testing.
  • Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, Outreach, Sales Navigator, et al.)
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-focused studies.
