Vectra is seeking a manager to support our Go-to-Market (GTM) finance team. Reporting to the GTM Director of Finance, this role will partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services organizations. We are looking for a hands-on contributor who is highly quantitative and analytical. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates the importance of collaboration and highly values business partnering. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services
  • Provide insightful analysis and reporting on financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage headcount tracking and develop a standardized headcount report
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and professional Services leaders to align financial goals with department objectives
  • Assess ROI, track metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates related to Marketing, Customer Success and Professional Services Investments
  • Provide financial guidance and support strategic initiatives, projects and investment cases and drive operational efficiency
  • Act as key point of contact for GTM finance-related matters, ensuring clear communication and collaborations across teams
  • Drive continual improvement in execution particularly within our planning tools demonstrating standard processes, standardization, and automation to scale the business.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • 7 - 10 years of finance experience working in high-growth environments, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and proven experience in developing collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization.
  • Experience using Adaptive Planning and NetSuite highly preferred as well as Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of marketing metrics (CAC, CLV, conversion rates) and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Forward-thinking attitude; determined to implement standard processes for a growing company.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, investment analysis, and ROI assessment.
  • Strong analytical, operational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required
Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate’s location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position.
